From designing beautiful –to functional and useful.

SHAILLY GADHIYA
– PLAYFUL YET PASSIONATE

For me, design is about finding a connection between people and a product or service that empowers them in accomplishing a task or satisfying a need through a personal touch. I believe Simple design is obvious, unobtrusive and leaves room for self-expression. Minimalism goes hand in hand with simplicity as a principle. Minimalist designs are not just about removing the ornamentation, but it is about creating a simple, clean and intuitive interface that clearly speaks to the goal the product is aiming to achieving at any given state. I think design is the art of compromise, assuming the world just as a big flow of informations and myself as a mediator with a strategy. People drive my work and I serve people by uncovering their desires, behaviours and latent needs. I believe good design starts with good research to get empathy and understanding, to generate new ideas, and to measure our intuition. Based on the case, I rely on qualitative research and quantitative analysis. I am a team player. I have an absolute collaborative work style and I make sure that each member of the team is involved in every step of the design process. I strongly believe in the diversity of opinions, disciplines and experiences as a necessary element in every design challenge I face. I’m a curious yet creative who practices humancentered design principles, delivering seamless, intuitive, and meaningful experiences on digital products. I seek clarity, communicate with understanding, and collaborate with teams using compassion and shared respect.

Coming up with simple, practical solutions that provide the best possible user experience. I endlessly strive for crafting ideas that are conceptually grounded and have been pushed, fine-tuned and sculpted to create engaging experiences with a high level of quality and detail.
